Stainless steel blades are mainly made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is not easy to rust. Compared with other similar products, they have a longer service life and can bring good profits to enterprises. Correspondingly, it is precisely because of these physical characteristics that the product is not easily processed into shape.
1. Mold hot pressing forming method
The hot press forming method of the mold is to heat the billet prepared according to the unfolded diagram of a single spiral blade to around 700 ℃ and place it in the forming mold for hot press forming on a press machine. The installation surface of this molding tool is perpendicular to the direction of the guide column. The characteristics of this forming method are:
(1) Special hot press forming molds need to be processed, suitable for mass production of blades.
(2) High production efficiency, but poor production conditions and high labor intensity.
(3) The forming quality of stainless steel blades is stable, but the appearance quality is poor.
(4) Suitable for forming thick billets of stainless steel blade plates.
2. Single piece manual hot pressing forming method
Single piece manual hot pressing forming method is a traditional forming method for stainless steel blades, which is still used by some small and medium-sized enterprises. This method is to heat the raw material that has been laid out according to the unfolded diagram of a single blade to around 700 ℃, and then manually hammer it into shape on a single hot forming mold. The characteristics of this method are:
(1) The forming process is simple and suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to produce blades in small batches.
(2) Poor production conditions, high labor intensity, and low production efficiency.
(3) The quality of blade forming is unstable, and the welding combination error is large.
(4) Suitable for forming thin billets of stainless steel blade plates.
